Keith Hallin and Cyndi Hallin bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2408 Callaway Court in Wentzville from Thomas P. Durham for $385,000 on April 21.

Mr. Durham paid $295,000 for the property in September 2005. The 2,506-square-foot home in West of 61 Wentzville was built in 2000.

Mr. Hallin is director in the program management office at Dresser-Rand, a supplier of rotating equipment solutions. He has also served as global director of target cost management at Whirlpool Corporation. Prior to that, he held various positions at Boeing, including finance manager, program manager and chief estimator.

He attended the University of Washington.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 424 home sales in Wentzville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
