Engineering firm executive lists 5BD in St. Peters

Charlie Pavelec and Tamara Pavelec have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 569 Lexington Landing Place in St. Peters for $675,000.

The Pavelecs paid $666,948 for the house in February 2006. The 5,000-square-foot house in the Manors at Heritage subdivision was built in 2005.

Mr. Pavelec is the vice president of electrical design build and technology at Shambaugh & Son LP, a third-generation construction/engineering firm. He previously served as president at Bell Electrical Contractors.

He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Lindenwood University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 751 home sales in St. Peters during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $145,000.
