Robert Wamhoff and Diane Wamhoff have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo at 42 Bogey Club Circle in St. Charles for $625,000.

The condo, which was built in 2003 in the Bogey Hills condominium development, is located in St. Charles South of 70. Tom Bruening of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent.

Mr. Wamhoff is the owner of Wamhoff Financial Planning and Accounting Services Inc. Prior to that, he worked at Emerson Electric. He also worked every tax season as a teacher with H&R Block.

Mr. Wamhoff attended the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
