Sylvan H. Morley III and Rachel M. Morley bought a four-bed, four-bath home at 308 Magnolia Valley Drive in O'Fallon for $391,100 on Aug. 19.

The 3,717-square-foot house is in the Magnolia Village.

Mr. Morley is vice president of information technology and CIO at MEMC Electronic Materials in St. Louis.

He was director of IT strategy and planning at Cummins, Inc. and vice president of business development and Shared IT at NetJets.

He attended Princeton University and J. Reuben Clark Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 797 home sales in O'Fallon during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $162,250.
