I had the pleasure of helping a nice, young couple find their Mid-Century (MCM) dream home. They are members of Modern STL and wanted their own showplace. A while ago I saw a fellow realtor friend at an event and he told me that he knew of a Mid-Century gem that the owner may sell. Well, of course, I knew that I could find a Buyer.
