This house has good bones and is structurally sound, but could benefit from some much needed updates. The kitchen has tons of cabinet space and appears to have been last remodeled in the 90's as evidenced by the green laminate counter tops and the pickled cabinets. The basement is only a partial basement and has a crawl space - which cleverly enough, the homeowner has made accessible and now uses as the space where his model trains are set up - using the dirt in the crawl space to his adventage by creating mountians and setting the scene for the setup. And as a result of the modifications there is enough room to stand up in the crawlspace. The home also has a bit of a musty smell to it - probably due to the enlarged opening from the crawl space, and has an enormous lot. Carpet needs to be replaced and light fixtures need to be updated. But there are wood floors under the carpet.
