This end unit has a slightly different floor plan that the other 4. Instead of being a 2 bedroom like the others - the upstairs has been reconfigured and houses 3 bedrooms. To the best of my knowledge this was not the result of any remodeling and was changed at the time it was built. Square footage of the overall unit is the same as the 4 others which means the bedrooms are not as large as the 2 bedroom models. Unlike the other end unit this one does not have the large fenced side yard, but it does have the additional window in the dining room which the interior units dont allow for due to the typical construction of row houses - shared walls.
