Because of its location at the bottom of the valley and its configuration on the cul-de-sac and backed by dozens of acres of wooded common land on a steep hill behind the creek this is one of the prettiest, most level, most rustic, most private back yards in a subdivision full of such back yards. It's an amazing place to play catch or soccer or lacrosse and that's after you get finished swimming next summer when it's endlessly hot in the beautiful irregular shaped gunite pool which is only steps from the screened porch and easily viewed from the kitchen for supervision. The neighborhood is very pedestrian and bike friendly with sidewalks on both sides of the street*neighborhood events throughout the year and of course just a short walk or ride to Queeny Park. Did I mention the neighbors? The sellers absolutely hate to go because they love their neighbors and feel you will too! OWNER RELOCATING AND ANXIOUS TO SELL, MAKE AN OFFER WE CAN'T REFUSE!
