I wanted to give you some feedback on the recent work you and your team did
installing a new furnace and air conditioner for our home. We are very
pleased, both with the equipment and with your service.

You promised us air conditioning by the end of the first day - and you and
your team stayed until 7:00 pm to make good on that promise! The new system
provides lots of comfort in our home during these warm summer days. But
more importantly, your approach to our situation and to answering our
questions and to meeting your commitments gave us lots of comfort with our
choice to use the Indoor Comfort Team.

I'll also pass along some comments from the St. Louis County inspector, who
said that he rarely sees such a professional installation in a residence.
You might also like to know that it only took York two weeks to send us a
check for our rebate. You definitely filled out all the forms correctly!

We have already recommended you to several people and will continue to do
so. My wife and I are very happy with our decision to use your firm, and we
look forward to an ongoing relationship!
