Countrywide/Bank of America Short Sale

by Kevin Cottrell published July 1, 2009

Unbelievable....The listing agent had 9 contracts that she sent to the lien holder (Countrywide/Bank of America) and they would not accept any of the offers. The lien holder (once again) thinks they can get more $$ if they foreclose on the property and sell it themselves....That's crazy! If 9 Buyers make an offer, at least one of the offers must be "Fair Market Value". It is a shame that the bank will just let the home get foreclosed on....it was on the market for 329 days...Good luck getting a better offer Mr Banker!
