The buyers on this one got a steal! This home has 4 bedrooms, hardwood floors, an in ground pool complete with a pond, screened gazebo, the list goes on and on. The only down side of this one was the lack of a basement. However, the large room sizes and enormous garage and bonus rooms more than made up for it. It was listed very low and sold for over the list price. Even with that, the buyers paid the equivalent of $86 per square foot for a three acre home site that backs to Rockwoods Reservation.
