This home is much more spacious than it appears from the outside. This
property has loads of living spce on the main floor in the finished lower
level. Furthermore, the home is now set up as a 3 bedroom but could easily
be converted into a 4 bedroom home. The home has a look as much of
the original finishes are in place. It could definitely use some modernizing
but it is evident that the current owners have meticulously cared for during
their course of ownership. The positives to keep in mind are the spacious
layout, St. Louis Hills location, 2 car garage, great condition. One
potential negative is that the yard is very small in size but the flip side
is that you don't have much lawn maintenance.
