Cute House Just a Block from Downtown Webster

If you are looking for location then this one is perfect! It's just a block from Straubs and the Bread Co. and it's priced about as low as they go for the heart of Webster. I think it's a great house for the money. It has a newer kitchen (but no dishwasher which is weird) and was updated in the past 5-10 years. The back yard is very deep which is probably necessary as the train runs along the back of these homes. However I love the train and it's not close enough to be seen (lots of trees screening the view). For the price and location it's a top pick for me and for any first time buyer!
