This "cottage" style home is one of the first in a long time that actually works! Most infill homes stand out as different from their neighbors and it is bothersome to many. This one blends in so well you might not even realize it's new. The street is a mix of different sizes and styles. 802 Oakway is just darling and resembles the historic cottage style homes of the past. However don't be fooled as it's definately not a small home (around 3000 square feet). It has beautiful built-ins including a window seat, bookshelves, desk/study center and tall wainscotting that mimics the style of the home. There's also a fabulous sun room where I would spend most of my time if I lived here. The builder Scharf Custom Homes builds some of the nicest homes in the area and John Scharf is a sticker for details and it shows!
