I really thought this condo was charming. Colony Woods has quite a bit of green space so you feel a bit more like you are living in a single family home. Plus there's a great rear patio with privacy fencing that backs up to a large neighboring yard but you can't see the house or anyone so it's very private. The condo is in great condition with new carpets, two large bedrooms, and a nicely updated kitchen. I think it's a great buy for the area. The only issue might be the fact that most of these smaller developments don't qualify for FHA financing so you will have to go the conventional route. FHA condo rules are changing as we speak so it may become even more difficult to use FHA for condos in the future. They should re-think this considering the market these days. This is more like a townhome than a condo so I would think it might qualify for the FHA exception.
