Alfred H. Kerth III owned this house and was a public relations executive in 2002 when he passed away. He helped develop the Edward Jones Dome, bring the Rams to St. Louis and create the St. Louis 2004 project. From 1989 to 1998 he was president of Civic Progress, an influential organization of the areas top business executives. Former U.S. senator John Danforth called Kerth "St. Louis' most important civic resource."

This home does have 2 bedrooms however the 2nd bedroom is best served as a dining room or office due to the layout & location. Realistically, the home functions more like a one bedroom.
