Mandy Iswarienko and Mark Iswarienko sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 1606 Timber Ridge Estates Drive in Wildwood to Diane Stoklosa and James Stoklosa for $304,000 on May 4.

The home had been listed at $339,000. The Iswarienkos acquired the property for $309,500 in Sept. 2005.

The 2,463-square-foot home in the Wildwood Northeast neighborhood was built in 1986. It is located in the Timber Ridge Estates subdivision.

Ms. Iswarienko directs the battery company Energizer's Rechargeable & Lithium-Europe group. She previously served as a brand manager and global marketing manager for the St. Louis-based Energizer. Prior to joining Energizer, she worked as an assistant brand manager for Aurora Foods.

She attended St. Louis University.

Mr. Iswarienko has worked as an account manager at the Louis office of Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services.

Ms. Stoklosa has served as a collection specialist at SCI Engineering, a consulting engineering firm headquartered in St. Charles, Missouri.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 518 home sales in Wildwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,000.
