Knut and Karen Niss sold a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 692 Meramec View Dr. in Eureka to Prudential Relocation Inc. for $330,000 on Feb. 23.

The Nisses paid $398,000 for the property in June 2007. The 3,425-square-foot home was built in 2000.

Mr. Niss is a principal scientist with the St. Louis office of the pharmaceutical company Pfizer. Prior to joining Pfizer, he served as an associate scientist at Max Delbrueck Center in Germany.

He attended the University of Göttingen and conducted his postdoctoral training at Children's Hospital Boston/Harvard Medical School.

There were 184 sales in Eureka in 2008, with a median price of $230,000.
