Dr. Alan Zajarias bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 155 Stoneleigh Towers St. in Olivette from St. Louis Investment Properties Inc. and Heather E. Abramson for $682,500 on Dec. 22.

The 3,811-square-foot home was built in 2006 in the Olivette South neighborhood.

Dr. Zajarias is a cardiologist at the Center For Advanced Medicine in St. Louis. He is affiliated with Barnes Jewish Hospital and has served as an assistant professor of medicine at Washington University.

He earned his M.D. from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and he completed his residency in internal medicine at the Washington University St. Louis School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 117 home sales in Olivette during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $205,000.
